How Frontroom handles workflow review requests, pilot inquiries, and private business context.

Frontroom collects pilot inquiry details you submit so Ni Biashara LLC can evaluate fit and respond. We do not ask for secrets, API keys, or sensitive customer records through the public form.

Pilot inquiry data is used for follow-up, fit review, and service planning. You can request deletion or export of inquiry data by emailing admin@nibiashara.biz.

Customer-facing automation, provider keys, channel credentials, and business context require a separate private setup process with access boundaries, retention expectations, and approval rules.
